Support services include account provisioning, break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting and FAQs, updates, performance and much more.  Tech Data offers multiple options for support, including a monthly subscription or on a pay-per-ticket basis.  White-label options are also available.

Support can be accessed by either e-mail, telephone, ticketing tool and live chat.

  • E-mail and Live Chat are available in all European languages 24/7
  • Telephone support in English is available 24/7
  • Telephone support in German, French and Spanish is available 9am-6pm CET
